RETURNS

DELIVERY

Dianne Caine Australia delivers anywhere in Australia and shipping cost is dependent on weight. Orders containing a number of products will be dispatched together as one package where possible, thereby reducing your freight costs. This will result in delivery which in most cases will be cheaper than shipping the products individually. Your freight will be recalculated and you’ll be notified of the correct freight charges. We will always endeavour to send large bulky or heavy items by the most inexpensive way our chosen courier can deliver them.

Once your payment has been received, your order will be despatched from Australia Post or by our contracted courier company. Despatch will be made to your stated delivery address and a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.
Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days. Weekends and Public Holidays may delay delivery.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, subject to order confirmation and clearance of funds. To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete address details and make one delivery charge per delivery address.
